Caregiving is one of the most selfless acts of love—but it can also be one of the hardest. Whether you're caring for a parent, partner, friend, or client, you don't have to do it all on your own.

What we Do:

We connect caregivers with trusted community programs and professionals dedicated to making caregiving easier and more sustainable. Our network offers:

Companionship and respite care to give caregivers well-deserved breaks.

Assistance with Medicaid and insurance navigation to simplify access to care.

Peer and emotional support groups for shared experiences and encouragement.

Our Values

At Antlers Creek Caregiver Foundation, our values guide every connection we make. We believe caregiving is an act of love, and those who provide care deserve support, dignity, and rest. These core values reflect the heart of our mission — to uplift caregivers, strengthen families, and build a community rooted in compassion and understanding.

SNEAK PEAK:

Caregiver Stories in the Making

These stories were once just ours — shared in whispers and laughter within our family. But my parents reminded me that storytelling heals. They encouraged me to share them so that others might find comfort in remembering that even the toughest caregiving days can one day become treasured, joy-filled memories.

RESOURCES & SUPPORT IN DEVELOPMENT

At Antlers Creek Caregiver Foundation, we are intentionally building programs shaped by caregiver voices and real community needs. While some services are still in development, we are actively connecting caregivers to trusted partners, virtual resources, and referral-based support.

This approach allows us to provide meaningful help now—while laying the foundation for expanded services in the future.
