Be There for Those Who Care

Caregivers spend their days caring for others—often without rest, recognition, or support. As a volunteer with Antlers Creek Caregiver Foundation, you become part of a compassionate community that helps caregivers breathe, reset, and feel seen.

Your time, presence, and kindness can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.

Why Volunteer with ACCF

Volunteering with Antlers Creek is about more than completing tasks—it’s about offering dignity, connection, and relief to caregivers who need it most.

Whether you can give a few hours a month or want to stay actively involved, you could help with:

  • Picking up groceries while you’re already shopping

  • Doing an extra load of laundry

  • Sharing leftover or extra meals

  • Responding to weekly community requests for food, clothing, furniture, beds, etc.

You don’t need to do more — just share what you’re already doing.

Ways You Can Help

Volunteers support caregivers and their loved ones in many meaningful ways, including: • Providing companionship or respite support • Assisting with light household tasks • Helping with meal preparation or delivery • Offering transportation to appointments or pharmacies • Supporting caregiver events or support groups • Assisting with administrative or outreach efforts We work to match volunteers with roles that fit their interests, availability, and comfort level.

What to Expect

When you volunteer with ACCF, we prioritize safety, respect, and clarity—for both caregivers and volunteers. Our goal is to create positive, well-supported experiences where everyone feels comfortable and valued. Our volunteer process includes: Volunteer Application – Tell us about yourself, your interests, availability, and comfort level so we can thoughtfully match you with appropriate opportunities. Onboarding & Orientation – Learn about our mission, expectations, safety guidelines, and best practices for supporting caregivers. Volunteer Portal Access – Manage documents, track hours, receive updates, and stay connected with our team. Volunteer roles are carefully matched based on experience, comfort, and availability. Before any in-home or direct support, clear communication is provided so you know what to expect and can make informed decisions. You’ll never be asked to provide medical care, clinical services, or perform tasks outside your comfort zone. Clear boundaries, respect, and safety are central to every volunteer experience.
